Chocolate Fountain: Pasar Karat

Kami beli 2 cucuk marshmallow.

Thistle Hotel Ramadhan Buffet

We surveyed a few places for ‘buka puasa’ during Ramadhan and here we are - at Thistle H!
There were different varieties of food ranging from western (pastas, spaghetti, salads, burger), grilled seafood (prawns, squids, fish), Malay cuisine, finger food like otak-otak, satay (beef, chicken), a few vegetarian dishes and nasi beriani served with lamb (or is it mutton?). Not to forget there were also laksa, soto, fried noodles, char kuey teow etc. The desert selection was not bad. Fruits, fondue, cakes, ice-cream (coconut, cendol, sweet corn, strawberry, vanilla, choc, etc), biscuits, puddings and ‘agar-agar’. We wanted to try everything, but ended up too full and surrendered :)

Overall, the food was not bad, the service was great and there was also live band performance. Here are a few pics that we manage to snap.

                                                           Fried quail a.k.a puyuh goreng.

My plate: fresh veggies & prawns

His plate: Ayam pandan & unidentified food :)

Additional Info :

Price : RM 85 + per person (government tax & service charge included).
